This struck us as strange, given that we, as geospatial enthusiasts, are generally pioneers of technology in our sector.

With this observation, we chose to break new ground by introducing an online platform for land survey procurement. Through this platform, both new and existing customers could map and outline their surveys in a matter of minutes using an interface that relies on the familiarity of Google Maps. The platform facilitated handling of access, invoicing, payments, progress updates, and final drawings, all securely stored in the cloud.

The numerous requests we received for repeated services via email were a flattering testament to our quality of work, prompting us to implement a streamlined version of the app provided by Mapitapp.co.uk. This version provided a quicker pathway for customers to request a quote and plan a survey, followed by customer service provided via email and, on occasion, phone. We believed this approach catered to clients who appreciate a more personalized service. While our customers were thrilled with the quality, service, and pricing of our topographic surveys, they expressed a desire for us to expand our offerings.

In response to this feedback, we introduced MeasuredBuildings.co.uk, a new arm of Survey & Mapping UK Ltd specializing in measured building surveying and now, DroneSurveys.co.uk: - a one stop shop for all your aerial surveying needs.
